ELECTRIC CHURCH
As the saying goes: “your vibe attracts your tribe”. The tribe or congregation needs a platform, outlet channel and space (church). Be it digitally, mentally or physically. Based on their research and travels with in the last six month. The ACF collective has been inspired by various cultures and people. The Energy from all these places gave birth to the Electric Church Movement. It is a meeting place for guilds. A cultural network ACF lives for. inspire to be inspired Through craft, fashion and style. Having their own spin of Jimi Hendrix’s own ideology.

This spin is the special connection that happens from artist, to the art, from art, to the people. “Where all becomes one, nothing exist without the other, a mutual dependence between one and the other, black implies white, life implies death and self implies others.” - Allan Watts
Therefore the collection is full of diverse pieces to be added into anyone’s wardrobe keeping the strong ACF core black palette but also bringing some fun feature colors such as blue & khaki. The mix and individuality is clear in the collection you will notice an interesting play on the silhouette, from a tailored sharp cut to a drape loose fit on outerwears.
Fabrication and detailing also took a new twist, fringes, studs, embroidery, zippers, lamination, coating etc. Lots of weaving finish techniques experimenting with lamination, waxing, flocking etc., and cooler ways of making sustainability count, by using dead stock vintage tees and applying heat transfer of ACF graphics. Big presence of heavy metal works, on the clothing but also accessories, chunky chains, studded bracelets, to new range of biker ring shapes, a cross mixture of Bikers and Tuareg tribesman, all enabled by the effective contribution and support from Cross Textiles and Avery Dennison.
Electric church music. It is a branch of music psychology with numerous areas of study, including the nature of emotional reactions to music, how characteristics of the listener may determine which emotions are felt, and which components of a musical composition or performance may elicit certain reactions.
